CHW Ag-Anaplasma Ab-E.canis Ab-Lyme Ab – Product code: SCV-1149-10

The 4S rapid test is a test that detects: 1) CHW Ag test: The ScreenVet canine heartworm test is designed to detect canine filarial antigens (Dirofilaria immitis) in whole blood, serum or plasma canine. Two antibodies in the kit bind specifically to different epitopes of the antigens. After being absorbed by the cellulose swab, the canine heartworm antigens move and bind with the monoclonal canine anti-heartworm oro-colloidal complex of the conjugated swab, forming an Ab-Ag complex. This complex then forms an Ab-Ag-Ab sandwich directly bound with another anti-canine heartworm antibody in the nitrocellulose membrane. The test results may appear in the Control and Test lines that meet the principles of immunochromatography. 2) Anaplasma Ab Test: The Anaplasma Ab test is designed to detect anaplasma antibodies in whole blood, serum or canine plasma. After being absorbed by the cellulose swab, the anaplasma antibodies move and bind with the canine antigen-colloidal complex of the conjugated swab, forming an Ab-Ag complex. This complex then forms an Ab-Ag-Ab sandwich directly linked with the anaplasma antigen in the nitrocellulose membrane. The test results may appear in the Control and Test lines that meet the principles of immunochromatography. 3) E.canis Ab Test: The E.canis Ab ScreenVet kit is designed to detect E.canis antibodies in whole blood, serum or canine plasma. After being absorbed by the cellulose swab, the E.canis antibodies move and bind with the colloidal gold complex of the canine antigen of the conjugated swab, forming an Ag-Ab complex. This complex then forms an Ab-Ag-Ab sandwich directly linked with the E.canis antigen in the nitrocellulose membrane. The test results may appear in the Control and Test lines that meet the principles of immunochromatography. 4) Lyme Ab test: The Lyme Ab test is designed to detect antibodies to Borrelia burgdorferi in whole blood, serum or canine plasma. After being absorbed by the cellulose swab, the Borrelia burgdorferi antibodies move and bind with the Borrelia burgdorferi antigen oro-colloidal complex on the conjugated swab, forming an Ag-Ab complex. This complex then forms an Ab-Ag-Ab sandwich directly linked with the Borrelia burgdorferi antigen (Ag) in the nitrocellulose membrane. The results of the test may appear on the Control (C) and Test (T) lines that meet the principles of immunocromatography.
