The kit selects highly specific antigens as the detector to capture the target antibodies in the samples. These antigens can capture the antibody of canine parvovirus in the samples with high precision. The content of CPV Ab in canine serum can be quantitatively detected by the antigen-antibody specific reaction combined with fluorescent immunochromatography.
