How to purchase

To place orders through our website www.screenitalia.eu you must:

  1. Register by entering all the required data.
  2. Wait 24 hours for credentials to be activated.

The customer can only purchase the products on the website www.screenitalia.eu as described in the relevant information sheets. The sales prices do not include VAT

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Screen Italia Srl by means of an email reply, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. The confirmation email will contain the date and time of execution of the order, an Order Number to be used in any further communication with Screen Italia Srl and all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using customer service.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, Screen Italia Srl will immediately notify the customer by email or telephone within three days of receiving the summary email.

Screen Italia Srl accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities in stock; therefore the acceptance of the purchase proposal is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Screen Italia Srl undertakes to promptly notify the customer of any unforeseeable out of stock due to excess demand or other causes.

Terms of payment

During the order, you can choose between the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

Upon conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount relating to the purchase made.

  • Credit Card

You can pay by credit card

  • Bank transfer

Within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, Screen Italia Srl will send a new order confirmation containing the bank details in order to make the payment. Once the credit has been received, the goods will be shipped to the address indicated.

Shipping methods

All products on the website www.screenitalia.eu have no shipping to Italy. All shipments are made by our express courier or by your trusted courier.

For each order placed on the site Screen Italia Srl will issue an accompanying invoice for the product shipped, referring to the information provided by the customer when placing the order. After the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to make changes to it.

No responsibility can be attributed to Screen Italia Srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

Upon delivery of the products by the courier, the customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying invoice
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered

Complaints and return of goods

In the event of any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, the customer must immediately contest them, placing a Written Control Reservation (and specifying the reason, eg “laundry package”, “crushed packaging”, etc.) on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

For any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received, the customer is required to report them within 3 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in the this document.

In case of impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, the products will remain in stock at the courier’s warehouses. In case of failure to collect within 5 working days, the ordered products will be returned to our office.
